Applications must come from founders or core team members actively leading the venture’s development

The Biotechnology Venture Readiness Program 2025 is a strategic pre-accelerator designed to equip biotech startups with the tools, insights, and connections needed to scale. It focuses on scientific validation, regulatory readiness, and venture development – preparing founders for investment, partnerships, and long-term impact.

The program begins at the end of September 2025 and runs for over 9 weeks, culminating in a Final Selection Forum in Riyadh, where top-performing startups will present to ecosystem leaders, investors, and strategic partners.

The program is established and run by Saudi company: All Care Group for Investment in partnership with Value Chain Global. It is supported by Monsha’at, the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority of Saudi Arabia, which leads the development and regulation of the SME sector in alignment with Vision 2030.

In addition, the program is backed by a network of top Saudi and global experts and organizations – including specialists in biotechnology, venture development, regulatory strategy, and innovation policy – ensuring that selected startups receive world-class guidance throughout the journey.

Virtual sessions will be held twice per week.

The introductory session will be at the end of September. 

The full schedule will be announced after the selection process.

Founders are expected to attend all sessions to remain eligible for program benefits.

The deadline to apply is 23 September 2025 at 11:59 PM Saudi time (GMT +3).
