Applications are now open for the Biotechnology Venture Readiness Program 2026 (BVRP 2026) – the Kingdom’s first national biotech and health innovation venture readiness platform and SBA’s flagship annual cohort program preparing biotechnology and life sciences innovators for venture creation, investment readiness, and Saudi ecosystem integration.
BVRP 2026 welcomes high-potential Saudi and international startups developing innovations across therapeutics, diagnostics, medtech, digital health, biotech platforms, and green biotechnology. Selected ventures receive structured training in venture building, IP strategy, regulatory and clinical pathways, health economics, market sizing, and investor readiness. Through one-to-one mentorship with Saudi and international experts, founders strengthen their projects, refine commercialization pathways, and align with Saudi market opportunities.
The program provides direct exposure to Saudi Arabia’s research centers, clinical institutions, regulatory frameworks, industry stakeholders, and investment networks. The cohort culminates in a graduation and investor forum in Riyadh, offering founders national visibility and strategic connection opportunities.
BVRP stands as a first-of-its-kind national initiative, dignifying innovation achievement, strengthening Saudi Arabia’s biotech and deep-tech health innovation pipelines, and building a globally connected community of Saudi-supported biotech pioneers.
