Prepare investor materials, simulate pitch meetings, and refine your narrative - including how to communicate IP assets, exclusivity, and defensibility - to lead fundraising conversations with clarity and confidence
Identify core team roles, build scientific and strategic advisory boards, and prepare governance structures for accelerator onboarding. Includes founder selection criteria, mentorship access, and a final in-person forum in Riyadh to connect with ecosystem stakeholders, investors and showcase venture leadership
