He currently serves as Chief Business Officer at Sudair Pharmaceutical Company (SPC) and also acts as Chief Commercial Officer. Dr. Mustafa is deeply committed to advancing access to effective, safe, and high-quality medications for patients across the Kingdom and beyond, with a particular focus on Oncology and Advanced Therapeutics. He has been consistently engaged in scientific conferences and symposia related to pharmaceutical quality, safety, oncology, and vaccination. He is a Board Member of the Saudi Pharmaceutical Society, Founder and Board Member of the Pharmaceutical Industry Association, and a Member of the National Committee for the Pharmaceutical Industry at the Federation of Saudi Chambers. Dr. Mustafa Abdulrahman Aljasser holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from King Saud University and two Master’s degrees in distinct disciplines: a Master of Business Administration from Saudi Electronic University and a Master in Health Economics and Pharmacoeconomics from the Barcelona School of Management, UPF University. He previously served as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations at SPC and held a regulatory role at the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) as Supervisor of Update and Renewal Registration. Throughout his career, Dr. Mustafa has pursued continuous training across multiple domains, including leadership, quality management, crisis response, financing, security devices, medication safety, and regulatory affairs. His multidisciplinary background supports his ongoing contributions to the development and localization of Saudi Arabia’s pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Terms & Conditions Biotechnology Venture Readiness Program 2025 Program Page 1. Program Participation Participation in the Biotech Venture Readiness Program is free of charge Selected founders must commit to attending all scheduled sessions, workshops, and assignments Absence from core sessions may affect eligibility for final selection, expert introductions, and certification 2. Eligibility & Selection Applicants must meet the published eligibility criteria (listed on the Program page) Selection is at the discretion of the accelerator team and based on strategic fit, engagement, and readiness The accelerator reserves the right to withdraw or modify participation if a startup is found to misrepresent its status or intentions 3. Confidentiality & IP Founders retain full ownership of their intellectual property All program staff, mentors, and evaluators will treat startup materials with professional confidentiality Founders are responsible for protecting their IP prior to public sharing or submission 4. Certification Certificates of Completion will be issued to founders who attend all sessions and complete required assignments The certificate will be issued under the name of the Biotech Venture Readiness Program or its designated partner authority (to be announced) The certificate does not imply academic credit or formal accreditation Selected foreign founders can be supported in getting their Saudi entrepreneurship license, subject to meeting legal requirements 5. Media & Visibility Founders may be featured in program publications, media coverage, and ecosystem showcases Participation implies consent to non-commercial use of founder name, venture name, and public-facing materials for program promotion Founders will be properly notified through the official Program channels about any publications coming 6. Code of Conduct Founders are expected to engage respectfully, uphold professional standards, and contribute to a collaborative environment Participation implies conDiscrimination, harassment, or misconduct will result in removal from the Program 7. Program Changes The accelerator reserves the right to modify session dates, formats, or content in response to strategic or logistical needs Any changes will be communicated promptly to participants 8. Data Confidentiality & Use All information submitted by founders during registration, onboarding, and program assignments will be treated as confidential This data will be accessed only by the Program committee and designated evaluators for the purpose of assessing venture readiness, tailoring support, and ensuring strategic alignment No personal or proprietary information will be shared externally without prior written consent from the founder “I agree” statement By proceeding with the Program application, the Founders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
