Mr. Ali Djedid is Head of Technical Scientific Solutions, EMEA at Merck Group (Life Science), with 12+ years leading technical operations, localization initiatives, and strategic partnerships across Europe and the Middle East. He directs complex, multi-stakeholder programs in the pharmaceutical sector and has closed large-scale, strategic deals with global biopharma, aligning commercial outcomes with rigorous technical requirements.

Mr. Djedid's expertise spans tech transfer, GMP readiness, CMC/QbD acceleration, and market access execution- grounded in a deep understanding of modality needs and customer use-cases across small molecules and biologics (e.g., mAbs, ADCs, cell & gene, and mRNA).

He has built and led PMOs, advises organizations on performance operating systems and leadership practices, and delivers management and “performance conversations” training. He holds a degree in International Business from Paris-Dauphine and completed studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Passionate about founder enablement, he mentors biotech teams on go-to-market, partnerships, and investor-ready execution.
