Mr. Ali Djedid is Head of Technical Scientific Solutions, EMEA at Merck Group (Life Science), with over 12 years of experience leading technical operations and strategic partnerships across Europe and the Middle East.

Within Merck, he contributes to commercial & strategy teams and maintains touchpoints with the M&A organization, ensuring strong alignment between commercial objectives, technology positioning, and business development opportunities. He has supported several strategic deal evaluations and partnership frameworks that bridge scientific innovation with market execution.

His expertise covers tech transfer, GMP readiness and market access execution - grounded in a deep understanding of modality needs and customer use-cases across small molecules, biologics (mAbs, ADCs) and mRNA platforms.

Mr. Djedid has built and led program management, advising organizations on performance operating systems and leadership practices. He holds a degree in International Business from Paris-Dauphine University and completed studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
