He has held leadership roles across Malaysian government entities, private corporations, and international ventures, specializing in project financing, M&A, and business restructuring. His multidisciplinary expertise bridges finance, operations, and strategic development in the healthcare and biotech sectors.

As a pioneer at InterVenn Biosciences, Fadzhari led regional expansion efforts focused on advancing cancer research and diagnostics across Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, the Malaysian team prioritized cancers prevalent in the region - such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma, breast, ovarian, and colorectal - while building local capacity for precision medicine and data-driven healthcare.

Mr. Fadzhairi Jabar previously served in a senior leadership role at Malaysia Biotech Corporation, where he contributed to national biotech strategy and ecosystem development. He also serves as Vice President of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), Malaysia affiliate.
