About 99 Days To Build
99 DAYS TO BUILD is a free 99-Day Biotech & Health Innovation Marathon – a structured 99-day journey for Saudi and international participants – designed to help turn ideas into more presentable, meaningful, and well-thought projects, while strengthening the founder behind them.
Created by the Saudi Biotechnology Accelerator, the Marathon welcomes participants of all ages, backgrounds, and stages who are interested in biotechnology, health innovation, and turning ideas into meaningful progress.
Through a simple mobile or web app (at your choice), participants receive one micro-task each day to build confidence, develop ideas, explore their field, and make practical progress step by step.
With daily personal momentum, community support, and a final celebration of the journey, the Marathon aims to encourage innovators to discover their strengths and experience the process of building their first sustainable project.
As a Saudi initiative with an international outlook, the Marathon reflects Saudi Arabia’s welcoming innovation spirit and its growing role as a global biotechnology and health innovation hub. It is intended not only to support individuals, but also to strengthen the wider ecosystem by making innovation feel more possible, more accessible, and more actionable – one day at a time.

How the 99 DAYS TO BUILD Marathon Works
The Marathon Journey
The program runs for 99 days. Participants move through the journey using the mobile application, where one short task is opened each day. Each step is designed to be practical, manageable, and cumulative – helping real progress build over time.
Community Support
Participants will have access to a supportive community environment throughout the Marathon, helping maintain continuity, shared energy, and a stronger sense of journey.
Weekly Zoom Meeting
The Marathon includes a weekly Zoom meeting to help maintain momentum, connection, and continuity across the 99-day journey. These meetings are designed to support the building process and strengthen participant engagement throughout the program.
Daily Task
One carefully designed micro-task per day.

Incubator Track – by the Saudi Biotechnology Accelerator
SBA Incubator is a specialized program track of the Saudi Biotechnology Accelerator dedicated to supporting early-stage innovators in biotechnology and health innovation. Deeply integrated within SBA, it represents a logical and essential stage in the value chain of innovation – helping transform early ideas and emerging concepts into clearer, stronger, and more market-aware projects.
As part of the wider SBA platform, SBA Incubator is designed to support the journey from project creation toward real-world readiness. It helps innovators strengthen the foundations of their work through structured guidance, practical programs, and early-stage support that connect personal mission, scientific or technical direction, market relevance, and long-term founder development.
